Mindy and Jackie provided exceptional service, ensuring our stay was memorable. the comfortable rooms with Serta® Elite pillowtop mattresses made us feel right at home. the free, hot breakfast featuring signature waffles fueled us up for a day of exploring Waterloo and enjoying the nearby Lost Island Waterpark. the hotel's proximity to the Waterloo Convention Center and George Wyth State Park added convenience to our trip. the only downside was the lack of front desk staff presence, but overall, a great place to recharge in the Waterloo area.
